Sales Team Member
Role Overview: As a Sales Team Member at CandoFM, you’ll play a vital role in connecting with clients, researching potential leads, and fostering relationships within our community. This position requires a minimum commitment of 4 hours per week, with a minimum of 6 months working duration. You’ll collaborate closely with our Business and Development Manager to drive sales and support our mission of community empowerment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls to potential clients
- Researching and identifying new leads
- Collaborating with the Business and Development Manager to develop sales strategies
- Providing excellent customer service and support to clients
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in telesales is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for community involvement and support
