Refund Policy for Website Advertisements

If you are dissatisfied with your advertisement on our website for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of the ad posting date to request a refund.

Refunds are available for the following reasons:

  • The advertisement contains material errors or mistakes made by us
  • The advertisement is not posted or displayed as agreed upon
  • The advertisement does not function technically as intended
  • We fail to fulfill the advertising order as promised

Please provide details on why you are requesting a refund and attach any supporting documents. We will review your request and may ask for additional information to verify issues with the ad performance.

If we confirm there was an error on our end, you will receive a full refund of the advertisement purchase price within 14 days. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds are not available in cases where:

  • You cancel the ad order after submission
  • Errors in the ad materials were provided by you
  • The ad is rejected due to unacceptable content, false claims, or conflict with existing ads
  • Lack of desired ad response or results

We do not guarantee any level of clicks, conversions, or results from website ads. Ads are posted on a non-discriminatory basis and placement/positioning cannot be guaranteed.

If you do not qualify for a refund under the conditions above, you may request to have the ad corrected or re-run at no additional charge. Approval will be at our discretion based on available inventory.

We reserve the right to change or modify this refund policy at any time. The currently posted refund policy will apply for all existing ad purchases.
