Job Description
Have you ever been tempted to volunteer at a charity shop ? Tempted enough to give us an hour of your time to see if it’s for you? Think of it as extended shopping while helping other customers at the same time 🙂 (with tea and even biscuits or cake sometimes) <ponders if offering cake as an actual bribe may work….> We are a lovely friendly team. Also… modest 😃 We are looking for volunteers for our shops ! Why not get in touch to arrange a taster session to see if you would like to give it a go? Our Ulverston shop, Re:LOVE shop at Barrow and Grange-Over-Sands shops all need help particularly at weekends. You could do the same morning or afternoon every week, do holiday cover or just on an ad-hoc basis- we are very flexible around your own commitments. So even if you can only spare a couple of hours while the kids are at school please don’t be put off thinking it wouldn’t be much help.
